Indian Pueblo Cultural Center

The 19 Pueblos of New Mexico own and operate this place outright — that fact is the whole point. Opened in August 1976 in Albuquerque, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center holds a 10,000-square-foot museum of Pueblo history and artifacts, rotating galleries featuring living artists, and the Indian Pueblo Kitchen, which builds its menu around traditional and contemporary Pueblo foods. Cultural dances run year-round and are open to the public. Pueblo people telling their own story, on their own ground.
