Ice Age National Scenic Trail — Door County Segment

The eastern terminus of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail ends here, at Potawatomi State Park near Sturgeon Bay, on Wisconsin's Door Peninsula. The trail runs 1,200 miles across the state, tracing the terminal moraine left by the last Ice Age, passing through glacial kettles, kames, and drumlins. Built and maintained by volunteers, the Ice Age Trail Alliance, the Wisconsin DNR, and the National Park Service, it became an official unit of the National Park System in 2023.
