The harbor at Hatteras Village sits alongside Hatteras Inlet, where the Outer Banks' shortest run to the Gulf Stream begins. Charter boats work offshore and inshore year-round. Each afternoon between three and five, the fleet returns and unloads at the docks — that's when you show up.
