Truro Vineyards of Cape Cod

The estate dates back nearly two centuries, the winemaking to 1992 — one of only two operating wineries on the Cape. The 1830s farmhouse got a careful restoration; the vineyard got a distillery. South Hollow Spirits runs a 250-gallon copper pot still on site, producing rum and gin alongside the estate wines.
