Old Post Office Restaurant Fish Boil (Ephraim)

The fish boil has been a Door County ritual since before tourism had a name for it — Scandinavian fishermen feeding crews from a single kettle over open fire. The Old Post Office in Ephraim carries that tradition on a waterfront patio: locally caught whitefish boiled outside over open flame with potatoes and onions, deboned tableside by the server. Cherry pie comes with it. Reservations required.
